The most critical in Power System Protection is the Setting of Relays. We start the series of methods of setting up relays. The first one is setting phase overcurrent relays for transmission line protection. We will slowly enter into more complicated setting procedures and configuring.
About Author: Prof B Oza is associated with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Institute of Technology, Nirma University as an Adjunct Professor. He received his BE degree and ME degree in Electrical Engineering from S P University in 1972 and 1982 respectively. He has a total teaching experience of more than 30 years.
Apart from teaching, he has vast industrial experience. He has been invited by reputed institutes, industries to conduct the workshops/lecture series. He has written four books and has authored many national and international conference papers.
